Blanks from flat and long products

Production of blanks from flat and long products by means of non-standard equipment of various types.

1. SUPRAREX (E SAB) for plasma-arc and thermal cutting of steel sheets up to 3 m wide; high-precision cutting of shaped and circular parts.
• Marking device;
• Groove preparation module (V, Y-shaped bevels);
• Precision of fabrication is 0.2–1 mm.
2. Set of Cold Shears for straight-line cutting of steel sheets up to 32 mm thick, angles, channels up to 100 mm wide.
3. Band Saw STG 250 DGH supplied by Bomar, Czech Republic, for straight-line and angle cutting of rolled/drawn products and sections of carbon and stainless steels, non-ferrous steels and plastics. Precision is up to 0,5 mm, cross section is up to 250 mm, roughness class is Ra 12.5.
